PONDESK Next-Generation network firewall router 1U rackmount server with LGA1150 4th gen. Intel® Core™ i3-4160 processor and Intel® H87 High-Speed Chipset, is a complete network hub as a VPN, equipped with 8x Intel® 82574L gigabit Ethernet ports and RJ45-DB9 COM (Cisco Standard) to take on a number of networking and communication tasks and can be used as a security gateway to act as a virtual private network and firewall such as pfSense, Untangle, Endian, Smoothwall, ClearOS, m0n0wall etc. Integrated 2 Group BYPASS (1 2 and 3 4 LAN) and support 3G/4G WWAN , network wake-up/PXE function, watchdog, hardware reset function (L256, 0~255 seconds).

You can add multiple LAN's or multiple WLAN's to your network, each segmented for maximum security and configurability. Support up to 16GB SODIMM DDR3L memory and four storage drives including 1 x mSATA SSD drive and 3 x 2.5inch SATA SSD/HDD. 1U rackmount metal chassis makes it perfect and provide stable performance.

High performance & perfect for edge policy stations, network servers, firewalls either open-source or commercial and windows. It combines a robust industrial-grade performance and the advantages of network security management, can be widely used in virtual private networks, traffic control, network firewalls or other network applications.

BYPASS:
Integrated 2 Group BYPASS allows the two networks (1 to 2 and 3 to 4 LAN) to provide alternative route in power failure or crash. When bypass enable then traffic passes if its disable then nothing passed. (Refer to datasheet for details)

Below mentioned are few real-world stress tests performed with pfSense as firewall OS on standard network firewall router box hardware with the following configuration.
